1. To avoid obesity then you have to keep eating well. You should consume enough water. Do not consume other drinks such as soft drinks, liquor or other beverages. You should only consume water so avoid obesity. Carbonated drinks can make your weight increases because they contain too much sugar. If you consume as much as five cans of soft drinks per week then your weight will go up half a kilo. You should consume water because it can help dissolve fat in the body.
2. To prevent or avoid obesity then you should consume foods rich in fiber. Foods rich in fiber is very good for the digestive system. You can consume fruits and vegetables. Fruit and vegetable included as foods rich in fiber. Consuming fruits and vegetables it is recommended that the diet is maintained. With you eat foods rich in fiber, the lining of the intestinal wall will be maintained. If this layer is then you will awake early satiety. Therefore, a diet rich in fiber is recommended as compared to other foods. You will be longer satisfied by consuming these foods.

3. If you want to avoid obesity then avoid snacks. Snacks will make you gain weight. If you are hungry then you should consume fruits. These fruits can you make a healthy snack. You are allowed to consume a snack. But the snack you consume must be a healthy snack. You are not allowed to consume high-calorie snack. Even if the calculated nutritional intake, the greater the amount of sugar contained in snacks (potato chips) as compared with a plate of rice. You can be more selective in eating a snack or other food. For that, you have to be careful in choosing a snack that is right for you.

4. Avoid the habit you to laze around. In order to avoid obesity then you should exercise. There are many sports that you can do to burn fat in the body. This sport does not need to be done in the gym. You can exercise in the home environment. You can walk to a place not too far from home, do not get used to using the vehicle. You can also use a bicycle to go to work or school. Get used also to use the stairs instead of the lift so that your body can move. You can do light exercise at home so that your body get used to moving. If you can not work out then at least 1 week you exercise.

5. You can set a healthy diet. If you can not do this then you can consult with a nutritionist. You can consume a healthy diet and can make you avoid obesity. Healthy food is of course the food was balanced nutrition. You can adjust this meal with your weight. You can also go on a diet if your weight is much higher than normal. Be sure to always eating a healthy diet and exercise regularly. You should not use drugs to lose weight. You can exercise and maintain your diet to avoid obesity.
